Many Insurance companies have restrictions on the use of massage benefits. Please contact your company to ensure you are covered for massage therapy provided by a Licensed Massage Therapist and you have the proper documentation from your physician prior to making an appointment.
As of May 1, 2009, Premera Blue Cross is requiring a prescription for massage from your physician as well as the indicated ICD9 codes for treatment. You'll need to have this information prior to treatment. Also, insurance does not cover "chronic conditions".

50 Minute $70.00
80 Minute $100.00
Cancellation Policy: Your scheduled time has been reserved for you. Please give twentyfour hours advanced notice of cancellation or you will be billed for the session. The same policy applies to gift certificates. In the event of less than twentyfour hours or a 'no show', the gift certificate will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed at another time.
